Each ingredient's real form, purpose, and dose options are in the Ingredient Library. We don't publish an evidence claim until it's been through our internal approval process — see the Science page.

You control every ingredient and every dose in your formula — nothing is hidden or substituted. That said, this site isn't medical advice: talk to a physician before starting any supplement, especially alongside medication, pregnancy, or an existing condition.

Where we have a real, specific compatibility note for a formula you're building — for example, a dose that's already at the highest listed amount — it appears directly in /build and on that ingredient's page. We don't publish a general interaction claim beyond what's actually flagged there.
